Future Simple

Future Simple is often called will because we make this tense with the modal auxiliary will.

I / you / he / she / it / we / they
will / ‘ll

I / you / he / she / it / we / they
will not / won’t

**Will is used with all subjects.

When we talk about future events we use Future Simple to express voluntary actions, promises, unplanned actions or predictions.

For example:

  1. I will do all the housework.
  2. He promises he will be there in five minutes.
  3. Don’t worry! I will send you all the information.
  4. It will get more difficult.
